Bring your lunch along and join us for an engaging session on Risk and Control Velocity. Robyn Parkin will introduce the concept of how quickly risks and controls can emerge, escalate, and take effect—and why that speed matters.
Through a simple, interactive, and practical approach, Robyn will unpack how understanding risk and control velocity can help you plan more effectively and manage all types of risk, not just health and safety. You’ll leave with ideas and tools you can apply immediately in your everyday work and decision-making.
