Webinar: An Invitation to Safety Conversations - Part 2

Conversation is the social infrastructure of safe organisations

They are how people stay connected to the work, to each other, and to emerging risks. Through conversation, organisations remain in contact with themselves—sustaining the capacity to notice, interpret, adapt, and learn.

Part 2: How to have conversations that matter

The second session is about practice. Drawing on the six conversation types in his book, Daniel walks through how we can ask better questions, hold more honest exchanges, and ensure that what surfaces in a conversation, travels beyond the moment.

This session gives participants frameworks, questions, and practices for stepping into safety conversations more confidently.
