This session introduces Haumaru Tāngata, a Māori health, safety, and wellbeing framework that places people, relationships, and environments at the centre of practice.
Drawing on implementation experience, Jodhi Warwick-Ponga will share practical examples of how mātauranga Māori and relational approaches can strengthen worker engagement, participation, and overall health and safety outcomes, along with tools and models to support more culturally responsive and connected workplaces.
You will leave with ideas and tools that can be applied within their own organisations to support safer, healthier, and more engaged workplaces.
