Taranaki Regional Roadshow: Increasing your Influence

From safety expert to organisational influencer

Technical expertise is essential in health and safety. But expertise alone rarely changes organisations.

Many health and safety professionals find themselves with the right answers but struggle to gain traction, secure executive support, influence decision-making, or create lasting change. Technical training and operational experience teach us how to identify risks and implement controls, but they don't always teach us how to effectively influence people.

To improve outcomes, today's health and safety leaders need to do more than provide technical advice. They need to present strong arguments, understand what motivates different stakeholders, build credibility, and lead others towards a shared vision.

This practical and thought-provoking workshop is designed to help experienced health and safety professionals strengthen their influence across every level of an organisation - from frontline teams through to executive leadership and boards.
