Tauranga: A Conversation about the NZISM Accreditation Pathway

What if you’re closer than you think?

Accreditation doesn’t have to be an all or nothing decision.

Many health and safety professionals know about the NZISM Accreditation Pathway, but life gets busy, the process can seem overwhelming, or it simply hasn't felt like the right time.

This will be a relaxed, discussion-based session that explores how accreditation can be approached as a series of achievable steps rather than one big commitment. Bring your questions, share your challenges, and learn from others who are on the journey too.

Hear from our members who have achieved different levels of accreditation, including our very own BOP Certified Fellow, Deb Cameron, as they share what motivated them, what they learnt, and what they wish they'd known before they started.

Together we'll discuss:

  • What the pathway looks like
  • Perceived and real barriers
  • Practical ways to make progress
  • How accreditation can support your confidence, credibility and ongoing professional development.

Whether you're curious, committed, or still undecided, you'll leave with a clearer understanding of the pathway and what your next step could be.
