
Sam Turner, a leading New Zealand employment and health and safety law expert will explore the interface of performance management and psychosocial risk management and organisational restructuring and psychosocial risk management.
She will reflect on recent Australian cases:
i) The Department of Defence’s conviction for failing to manage psychosocial risks relating to the death of a worker and
ii) SafeWork NSW prohibition to pause University of Technology Sydney’s organisational restructuring plans.
