In this session, Moni Hogg introduces Learning Teams — a structured, facilitated approach to team-based enquiry that helps organisations understand work as it's actually done, not just as it's imagined.

Drawing on real-world experience delivering Learning Teams across complex, high-risk industries, Moni will explore how this approach can be applied in manufacturing settings to improve operational learning, workforce engagement, and risk management — including how to engage diverse, multicultural teams in meaningful safety conversations.
