Dave Watkinson -
With an extensive background in both safety auditing, and the outdoor sector, Dave brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to this presentation as Manager - safety certifications and accreditation at Qualworx. He has technical expert skills in mountaineering, rock climbing with high ropes, and whitewater kayak/canoe/rescue.  Dave has an affinity with adventure activity operators, which ensures the best fit of operator and auditor, and a cleaner audit process.  

Originally from England, Dave was part of the United Kingdom's Adventure Activities Licensing Scheme, both as an operator, Head of Centre, and an Inspector.  He was also a member of the working group that prepared British Standard BS8848 for overseas expeditions and field work, in conjunction with the Royal Geographical Society and the Young Explorers’ Trust.
