WISE: Wanaka - Audit Ready, Not Audit Scared

Setting Your Team up for ISO Success!

We are very lucky to have Ricki-Lee Teague, an experienced senior management systems auditor who spends her days on the other side of the table seeing exactly what helps teams succeed (and what trips them up) during ISO audits.

Ricki-Lee will unpack the ISO audit process in a way that can add value to whatever type of audit you may be involved. Topics such as;

  • Preparing for the audit without going too far
  • How the Opening Meeting sets the scene
  • How to get the best value from your audit
  • Who is the auditor actually working for?
  • Can I challenge audit findings?
  • Who audits the auditor?
  • And your questions of course!

This will be a practical, real-world session designed to demystify ISO audits and help you approach them with clarity, confidence, and calm.

Come along if you have knowledge to share and/or want to learn about health and safety.
