An overview of project management

Craig Hutchings, Parakiore Project Manager joining us to give an overview of project management during the commissioning and opening of Parakiore.

Parakiore is the new Christchurch City Council Sports and Recreation Centre. With heaps of hydro slides and pools, sports courts, world-class gym and group classes, and so much more all in one place, Parakiore is the largest aquatic and indoor recreation and leisure venue of its kind in New Zealand, accessible to people of all ages and abilities.

Kimberley Schofield and Michelle Muir will give an overview of some of the health and safety challenges presented when opening such a large facility and conclude with a walk around the building (wear comfortable shoes).
