This intensely practical and hands-on Masterclass will give you the skills, knowledge and resources to tackle psychosocial risks in your organisation.
All Masterclass workshops are facilitated by leading psychologists at Umbrella Wellbeing.
Building on your foundational knowledge
The Masterclass comprises TWO workshops: a half-day in-person workshop to show you how to conduct a psychosocial risk assessment in your workplace, and a two-hour online follow-up workshop to help you with follow through from your risk assessment and next actions.
The Masterclass leads on from the success of our introductory workshops to psychosocial risk, which were held last year.
Feedback from participants was, "it was great, I understand what 'mentally healthy work' could look like now but how do I apply these ideas to my own organisation?"
In response, Umbrella Wellbeing and NZISM have designed the Masterclass to give you the practical tools, knowledge and support to make a difference in your own workplace.Included in your Masterclass
