By NZISM Secretary

01/01/1970

At the recent AGM Greg Dearsly was elected as the new National Manager, replacing Tony Rigg who has held the role for the last four years. Greg has been an active member of NZISM since 2001, including time as the Auckland branch manager and as a member of the NZISM Grading committee.  He also served on the OHSIG Committee and is part of the current HASANZ leadership team. Greg commented following his appointment: “I look forward to leading NZISM in this next era and would like to thank Tony Rigg for his significant contributions over the last 4 years. We are now finalising our first formal strategy for NZISM and it is focussed on delivering clear benefits to our members and stakeholders. This includes embedding our accreditation scheme, stakeholder relations and NZISM sustainability incorporating financial performance, operational systems and organisational structure” “It’s an exciting time for NZISM and I look forward to sharing more details on the new strategy with members in my regular monthly blogs”. Ravi Kolluru was re-elected as the Operations Manager and Joyce Tilbrook was re-elected to both the Secretary and Treasurer positions.
