About the role

It is an exciting time of change for our client, and you will assist them in bringing health and wellbeing to the forefront of their commitment to their people, processes and management of critical risks and assurance programme.

We are looking for an experienced Systems and Information Analyst to support the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team with the delivery of an effective health, safety and wellbeing information system. You will be responsible for the and ongoing data analysis of the enterprise data and metrics reporting framework. You will be a member of a newly appointed team who are tasked with building a fit for purpose HSW Programme and paint a compelling actionable change story for “good work” practices.

Duties

• The collection, cleansing and analysis of information and data, and interpreting data and results into language that is understood for a variety of audiences

• Prepare professional and accurate monthly or quarterly reports, as required

• Translating and articulating accurate information to multi-disciplinary teams which may include technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Monitoring key systems for issues and items requiring escalation, respond to problems as they occur, initiate actions, monitor services and identify trends to resolve problems

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a mix of the following skills and experience:

• Exceptional data analysis and visualisation skills, producing reports suitable for their audiences and the ability to turn data into stories to understand issues and opportunities

• Possess an intrinsic understanding about data, being able to relay data into tangible results, verifying and acting on improvement opportunities, meeting ongoing business needs,

• Experience in Excel, Power BI or a similar reporting tool

• Ability to influence a “speak up” culture, be visible in the organisation, and getting personally involved

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

• Prior experience in technical data analysis, data science, or data warehousing with proven business analysis experience
