With our head office based in Christchurch and depots in Cromwell and Tawa, we are responsible for constructing and maintaining distribution electricity reticulation, substations and protection across these locations. Mō tēnei tūranga mahi - About the role

As our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Change Partner, you'll support the delivery and organisational change management of the health, safety, and environment (HSE) team's organisational key results initiatives, and wider Risk, HSE and Assurance team Strategic Plan initiatives. Your day to day is all about supporting change aligned with Connetics processes, systems and technology to realise the change benefits and value creation for our people. This includes a breadth of activity from leading/facilitating the delivery and change requirements with key stakeholders to being hands-on in developing the key change artefacts related to our change initiatives.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako - Skills/experience

We need an experienced business partner within the health, safety and environment space from within the construction or utilities industries with a focus on building positive safety culture. It goes without saying you are proficient in delivering risk management, contractor management, and developing HSE management systems. However, of equal importance is your experience and capability in leading and/or facilitating change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption and realising the change benefits. This will be coupled with your previous success in developing cultural change in the safety space.

You will also have the relevant:

- Relevant HSE and/or change management qualifications.

- Effective communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement

- Proficiency in information management and systems, including proficient Microsoft professional and e-learning software literacy.
