An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented health & safety professional to join the Talley’s Blenheim team on a large multi-faceted site.
Key tasks within this role include hazard management and facilitating key activities such as, site audits, investigations, risk assessments and reporting. You will also be required to take a leadership role to ensure that there is a culture where safety is owned by all including employees and contractors.
To be successful you will be a health & safety professional that has at least 2 – 4 years’ experience in safety, have a good understanding of best practice safety systems and ideally hold a relevant qualification. You will also have demonstrated experience in hazard management, working with contractors, auditing, investigations and creating a safety culture.
Key to this role is that you have great initiative, an ability to relate well to a diverse group of people, organised and systematic in your approach, tenacity and drive, and be able to take a pragmatic timely approach in a commercial environment.
