* Providing practical, accurate and professional advice to MOTAT team members in the application of health and safety policies and procedures.

* Acting as part of the Emergency Response Team.

As one of two Health & Safety Coordinators at MOTAT you will be doing everything from data entry, administration, and reporting to completing health and safety orientations and coordinating training and health checks for the MOTAT Team. This is a busy role in a unique environment, so you will need:

* No less than two years’ experience in a similar or related role.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to produce positive working relationships.

* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* A natural ability to relate to people at all levels.

* Previous exposure to standard operating procedures and an interest in assisting in their development

* A qualification in health and safety would be beneficial, but not required.
