This isn't just any Healthand Safety Business Partner role. Oh yes, you'll be doing everything you'd expect, and using your technical expertise to the full, but what sets this role apart is Connetics itself. You will be working collaboratively with the HSE team to provide a range of HSE services to Connetics and to provide internal support function within the team. Partner with the business to ensure that capability is developed in the applicable areas and that practices are effective, best fit for our business and well understood by our people

Based in Christchurch and with depots in Wellington and Central Otago, we're responsible for constructing and maintaining overhead and underground lines and equipment across these locations. Providing such a critical service is no easy task, and we know that to be the best, our people need to be connected, safe, and involved. That makes your satisfaction our top priority.

If you hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant quality, health, safety or environment discipline,ideally atleastfive years' experience in a quality, health, safety and environment adviser type rolewith a focus on building a positive safety culture, this could be an exciting change for you, with amazing professional opportunities.

You'll bring proven experience in working with others and tailoring learning, development advisory, support and coaching solutions. You'll also bring strong written and oral English skills, an open mind, and confidence to bring new ideas to the table.

This role is based in Christchurch, but there may be some travel to our Northern site, based in Tawa or our Southern site, based in Alexandra to assist from time to time.
