6-month fixed term contract for an internal audit and systems specialist. Help prepare for audit and deliver outcomes through training and support.

We LOVE systems and processes - Our client is a leading consumer products company with a portfolio of iconic brands who support a sustainable lifestyle.
This is a six-month fixed term appointment (start asap) and is based in Sydney and reports to the Health, Safety, Environmental and Wellness Manager.
There is a significant commitment to risk in the business and the internal audit takes place at the end of September.
You will work with the HSEW Manager to undertake and support the gap analysis, preparation of documentation and ensure the great work they are doing is captured on an evidential basis.
Of course, where there are non-conformance, this is the areas you will provide documentation, guidance and training. It’s what you will do best.
Skills and experience
• Practical outcome focussed auditor
• Experience in gap analysis and developing and implementing health and safety policies, systems and processes with relevant legislative requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in health and safety, preferably within a manufacturing/warehouse environment
• Experience in the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures, systems and other documentation
• Experience establishing and maintain good working relationship at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
