As a result of ongoing growth and the launch of new products, Safe365 is looking to employ talented health and safety professionals in our technical services team. This group is responsible for supporting Safe365 clients with professional services, including:

1. Tōtika Pre-Qualification Assessments

2. Safe365 Customer Implementations and Onboarding Projects

Both of these service areas require capable, qualified health and safety professionals across the experience spectrum who meet the following criteria:

· Graded member of NZISM – Practitioner level or higher

· High standards in respect to written and verbal communication

· High level of technical aptitude and attention to detail

· Previous audit experience (preferred) – at a minimum, need to demonstrate auditing principles

· A range of practical industry experiences or extensive experience in a sector preferred (e.g. healthcare, construction, local government)

· Able to take on feedback - an active listener and agile learner – able to listen, absorb and apply

· Takes initiative to meet the needs of the customer / key stakeholders

· Constantly strives to build knowledge and skills, willingness to undertake Continual Professional Development (CPD) – keeps up to date with changes in legislation and relevant health, safety, well-being developments

· Team player, personal alignment to the Safe365 values and the core purpose and vision of the company
