About the role

This is your chance to make a real impact on the health and safety culture of a high-performing organisation. As the Health and Safety Manager, you’ll partner with the EHS Manager to drive initiatives that ensure the safety and wellbeing of all on-site personnel. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, providing you with the opportunity to shape and implement best-in-class safety systems while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Duties

• Lead health and safety practices and ensure compliance.

• Develop safety systems, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.

• Engage workers with communication and training programs.

• Collaborate with regulators and monitor risk controls.

Skills and experience

Senior level technical health and safety experience in high-risk industries is a must.

• Relevant qualifications in health and safety or a related discipline.
