This company is a little different, they directly employ all their tradesmen and they work on completely new and entire neighbourhood builds, from start to finish. They’re committed to supporting Kiwis with affordable housing and they are a community at heart.
Committed to keeping their people safe, they’re seeking a straight talking, pragmatic Health and Safety Manager, preferably with construction experience, who can engage with a wide variety of trades onsite, providing expert knowledge and guidance and mentoring to 2 x Health and Safety Coordinators.
The successful candidate will have highly developed communication skills, appropriate qualifications and proven experience in leading a team. The site operates 6 days a week, so you’ll share Saturdays with the team, and be flexible about your start and finish times, ensuring a visible presence for safety at all times.
