He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role

We are looking for a specialist generalist Health and Safety Advisor who has the ability to balance technical knowledge and apply it to healthcare. This is a permanent full-time position.

In this position your main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

Influence, and support the development of an interdependent organisational culture

Apply theoretical and practical methods to identify, assess and manage workplace H&S risks

Coach, mentor, and support the use of H&S tools and processes to empower the capability of others

Provide advice and guidance on the application of the H&S legislative frameworks

Utilise, develop and adapt fit for purpose H&S documentation and information management systems

Analyse data and information to help prepare, and deliver robust performance reporting to inform decision making and drive change
