About the role

Providing guidance, advice and visible presence, you’ll work alongside the Health and Safety Manager in supporting ground crew, senior staff, managers, clients and customers.

As part of the wider safety team, you will work with the GM of Health, Safety and ESG to contribute to the strategy and design of safety and ESG initiatives and process. You’ll provide guidance and up to date advice on industry standards, company policy and best practice.

To be successful in this role you will use your communication skills, resilience and resourcefulness, rather than your title, to achieve successful outcomes for the business.

Skills and experience

• Expertise in HSE, Risk, and Compliance

• Highly developed written and oral communication

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management and organisation

• Maritime, aviation, oil and gas or similar experience is an advantage

• Available to travel and work flexibly outside of standard business hours

• NZ Citizens, residents or appropriate visa holders only please
