Our client is seeking an experienced ISO specialist to support the implementation of an accredited system
About the role
We require an experienced ISO systems specialist to support an Auckland based medical supplier in achieving 14001 and 18001 accreditations. Reporting to the safety manager, the contractor will collaborate with teams across the business, providing specialist advice and guidance. Based in West Auckland, suitable candidates must have proven ISO systems experience. The initial engagement will be for 2-months, with flexibility over working hours.
Duties
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the business
• Identify gaps in current documentation, highlighting areas for development
• Function as the subject matter expert within the business
• Draw together documents and systems as appropriate
• Collaborate with the safety manager to achieve key outcomes
• Drive staff engagement and ownership of processes
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have solid systems experience, comfortable operating across a large scale multi organisation. Excellent communication and engagement skills are a must.
This is a standalone specialist contract role. There is a functional reporting line to the company Director and Office Manager. Crucially, you will be able to manage your time, prioritising tasks as necessary.
