A national real estate and property management organization is currently seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join the business initially on a 6-month basis.
Working closely with the HR and Property Management teams you will lead the implementation of new contractor management framework. To be successful within this role you will require proven experience within the contractor pre-qualification space, able to partner with suppliers, provide coaching where required and improve overall standards.
You will also be involved in a number of wider safety initiatives including the full review of the reporting system and investigation process and an update of the company risk register.
It is expected that this assignment will last 6 months and there may be a view for it to go permanent thereafter. The main location is Auckland CBD with occasional travel.
This assignment is suited to an established safety professional with a minimum of three- years’ experience. You must be comfortable working in a corporate/professional services environment. Prior experience within property management would be advantageous but not essential. Crucially, you will be able to hit the ground running and function in an autonomous fashion.
