About the role

Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, we anticipate candidates will have great communication skills and the confidence to work alongside both operational staff and senior leaders. You may already have just begun your career in health and safety or considering a step into a role with more responsibility and the opportunity to gain site experience.

Depending on your experience, there’s opportunity to assist the Health and Safety Manager with training, toolbox talks and Injury Management, as well as contributing to the development of processes and documents.

  • Collate and analyse safety data for reporting
  • Support the development and set up of their Safety Management System
  • Support the implementation of safety solutions.

Skills and experience

  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office.
  • An understanding of Health and Safety and a desire to grow your knowledge and experience.
  • Comfortable in an industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, using your initiative to problem solve.
