The role

Role Purpose: To provide broad assistance to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team with software systems administration, database management, Sharepoint admin and training.

A strong administration background is required for this position, reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you will fulfil all administration requirements with the support of your team.

Previous experience using Sharepoint and working within a Health and Safety Management system would be ideal - being able to analyse data as well as formulate initial reports to support the information would also be great.

We are looking for candidates who have the drive and a high level of interest in commencing a career in Health and Safety, within a supportive organisation who will provide the development and training required.

Skills and experience

• Relevant courses in Health and Safety or tertiary qualification is preferred

• Thorough knowledge and experience as an administrator

• Reasonable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

• High interest in a career path towards Health and Safety Advisor

• Great communication skills – written and verbal

• Strong interpersonal, relationship and influential skillset

• Previous success in a similar high-risk environment

• Flexible, adaptable, proactive and resilient approach
