We are looking for H&S Partners located in the Northland, Auckland, Central North Island and Westport areas who are committed to having a positive impact on H&S practices and behaviors within Kiwi businesses. Our ultimate aim is to build a mutually beneficial community of H&S practitioners across New Zealand that together have a positive influence on people and workplaces throughout the country.
You will be responsible for supporting the HazardCo system to our existing customers and providing them with ongoing service as they request it. You will have the opportunity but not the obligation, to migrate any of your existing customers to the HazardCo system if you see there are advantages to this approach.
HazardCo will provide you with full induction into our CP programme - training and education on the HazardCo system, products and services. We will provide you with access to the HazardCo app and digital system and introduce you to existing customers in your region that have indicated they would like additional services. We will also offer you one-off and/or regular review work for our larger customers, and other specialised services as appropriate.
Background
HazardCo provides simple Health and Safety (H&S) systems to small-medium businesses across New Zealand. Founded in 2006, the company has over 9,000 customers nationwide primarily in the Construction sector, but also across the Agriculture, Manufacturing and Office-based business sectors. Our customers pay an annual subscription for which they receive a full digital H&S system via a mobile app and desk-top hub, on-going H&S advice and support via our 0800 number and access to a range of other digital and traditional products and services.
The HazardCo H&S Advisory Team based in our Head Office in Wellington, is highly qualified and experienced, and aligned with NZISM standards. We’ve successfully helped many of our members through the CPNZ, SHE, APCON and Sitewise health and safety prequalification processes using the HazardCo system. As a business, HazardCo is a corporate member of NZISM and active in both HASANZ and CHASNZ.
HazardCo has focused strongly over the last few years in moving our H&S service from a paper-based system to a digital system. We are now offering a leading edge mobile app and platform that allows our customers to implement effective health and safety practices in their businesses on an hourly, daily basis. The app is supported by an online system where customers can update and store all their H&S inductions, reviews and other supporting documentation for each site/project and allow project managers and owners to track activity across sites.
