The role requires you:

Working as part of an experienced Safety and Wellbeing team, you will lead the team and the business in the day to day operations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all.

This is an opportunity for and advisor who has had experience at a senior level, driving innovation, showing visible safety leadership and supporting key stakeholders and subsidiaries.

Duties include:

• Plan, develop and implement OHS process and procedures

• Support managers in understanding safety and wellbeing responsibility

• Embed correct use of the Safety and Wellbeing management system

• Ensure organisation partnerships are maintained

• Provide timely reports at executive level

Skills and experience required:

• Relevant OHS qualifications

• Similar experience in a similar complex organisation

• Strong people leadership skill and the ability to sucessfully coach and mentor

• In depth knowledge of legislation and compliance

• Ability to drive organisational change
