The evolution of the Occupational Health and Safety profession in New Zealand

H&S has developed rapidly since 2010 and Pike River. It is easy to miss or forget the lessons of our professional and national history. But there are other, earlier lessons we should not forget.

During this forum Chris will talk about the evolution of our profession in New Zealand from 1880 to now, covering some of the highlights and the lowlights. He will provide insights into why we were so far behind other countries 10 years ago and what has been done since to help catch up. Please rsvp using the eventbrite link.
