This CPD workshop organised by NZISM Auckland is open to members and non-members alike. Whilst it is effective as a standalone day of learning, the workshop will build on NZISM's Pocket Guide to Learning Teams webinar series running throughout March. The ticket price also includes a free book (worth $75) which is yours to keep for permanent reference.

So come and join us for some personal interaction and the opportunity to embed your knowledge, exchange some ideas, and grow your confidence so you can develop an actionable plan to take back into your own workplace.

The days learning outcomes:

1. Develop a deeper understanding of how operational learning can add value to how risk is managed in your current safety system.
2. Learn about the value of Learning Teams (current view versus new view of safety).
3. Know and understand your current profile as a facilitator for Learning Teams.
4. Identify how Learning Teams can be used to evaluate waste in your safety system.
5. Develop a plan to embed Learning Teams in your organisation.
