Tina was born in Canada, raised in Sydney, Kiwi citizen by choice, and a mad Crusaders and All Blacks fan.After many years in the aviation industry in Sydney, Auckland and Christchurch, the last 15 were at Air New Zealand.
Tina has held several operational roles including Training Development Manager at Air New Zealand. She was a Health and Safety Representative for many years before making a choice to pursue a full-time health and safety career and moving into the Corporate Health and Safety team at Air New Zealand until a move back to Christchurch in 2010.
She then did 8 years in construction health and safety and is now the Health and Safety Manager for Antarctica New Zealand (since 2018). Tina has qualifications in health and safety, as well as business management, quality assurance and adult learning. She is a proud Cantabrian, who shares her home with her Christchurch born and bred husband and their 2 cats.
