Coachio will talk about what they have learnt over many years, from their clients, and in respect of the barriers to success for Reps.

• Coachio Group Remarkable Reps Programme.
• What is looks like.
• Why it was developed.
• How it’s structured.
• What’s it aiming to achieve.
• Changing the perception of training cost, as ‘cost of compliance’

ConneXu Company Experience – Worker Engagement (getting in to the minds and culture of our people)

ConneXu will demonstrate their journey:

• After a number of years discussing safety events with seemingly little impact on H&S culture, their H&S committee took a moment to “stop” and ask themselves “WHY”.
• Why did each and everyone of us want to join the committee in the first place!
• This question formed the basis of their “change” in their approach to H&S.
• Their journey will be shared

We will also have our NZISM CEO Selena Armstrong talking about NZISM and professional development pathways with your NZISM membership.
