Presenter Bio:

James Warren is a partner at Dentons Kensington Swan’s specialising in employment and workplace health and safety. He has extensive experience gained in both in both the UK and New Zealand, and is regularly instructed on multi-jurisdictional projects and business transformations.

James represents clients in both employment and health and safety litigation, dealing with investigations, dismissals and personal grievances. He assists clients dealing with WorkSafe enforcement actions and advises on a proactive approach to health and safety compliance. He is widely published and is regularly asked to speak at conferences and seminars.
