This special online event with global leading innovation consultant, Matt Hart, is designed for those who have been through one of the Community of Safety Innovation's introductory sessions with Daniel Hummerdal.

Matt is the founder of Better Ideas Faster (BIF). He has more than 20 years proven success with global industry leaders – and his experience focuses on the three innovation disciplines:

1. Ideas
2. People
3. Culture.

In this session Matt will introduce these three disciplines and focus on how they can be connected, and their impact accelerated, utilising the better ideas faster narrative to build a high-performing culture of innovation.

In your email please let Kate know of any particular challenges you are facing when trying to implement an innovative approach to health and safety in your organisation. For example, difficulty getting senior management to trial new ideas, or not enough capacity etc. This information will be used to assist in the breakout groups planned for the session.
