Identifying your organisations safety culture and having better safety conversations is often a challenge in busy work environments.

Eurocontrol have created a practical resource that turns an intangible topic into a practical toolkit. The aims of the resource are to engage, educate and improve safety culture.

This interactive workshop facilitated by Melinda Davidson will introduce you to the tool and give practical ways to implement it at any level of your organisation, whether it be discussions with workers, HSRs, the H&S team or senior management.

You will take away your own free copy of the resource after the workshop.
