Come along to our lunchtime seminar to hear one of NZ's leading Practitioners on Safety Differently in Practice, Moni Hogg - Safety Differently Consultant/Coach
SAFETY DIFFERENTLY IN PRACTICE
Modern safety philosophies are being increasingly referred to in mainstream safety literature and at professional practice conferences. But what do they look like in practice? What does ‘people as the solution’ look like in an organisation? How do we learn from ‘normal work’?
WHAT WILL YOU HEAR?
Moni will draw upon real-world examples to share with us the tactics and strategies that can influence your organisation.
AGENDA
BIO: Moni has spent four years in NZ’s innovation sector as the first Safety Lead for Rocket Lab since 2017 and prior to that, Fletcher Innovation’s house-in-a-day project. She was a 2019 Finalist for the HRINZ Health, Safety and Wellbeing Award for leading the implementation of Safety Differently at Rocket Lab.
Moni has 23 years in operational and safety consulting roles with Fletcher Building plus other high risk industries including construction, agriculture, manufacturing, engineering and transport. She was a facilitator for six years as an Impac Services Associate.
