If you need to be more effective in finding out-of-the-box solutions to recurrent health and safety problems, this challenging course is just for you.
Creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking are what keeps businesses thriving and people safe in our current COVID-disrupted economy. These are thinking skills that provide a defence against stagnation in which new ideas and more efficient ways of working are not encouraged.
This course teaches you how to apply creative and critical thinking techniques to analyse a problem and generate imaginative and innovation solutions. It does so by showing you how to choose between a range of problem-solving processes and decision-making frameworks to select the best option. Learners will also gain the skills necessary to spot problems as they occur and involve others in the problem resolution process.
