We once again welcome Greg Cain for his annual update on recent enforceable undertakings and prosecutions. These sessions are always popular and, thanks to COVID-19, we have the opportunity to share him with a wider audience. We hope you can join us.

Greg Cain is a partner at Dentons Kensington Swan, specialising in employment law and health and safety.

Greg also advises clients on a range of health and safety issues, including COVID-19 issues, duties to other PCBUs, managing contractors, officer due diligence obligations, earthquake-prone buildings, asbestos and hazardous substances. Greg assists clients with investigations into serious harm incidents and represents clients in Worksafe investigations and prosecutions.
