When we talk or think about leadership, we tend to focus on those with the flash title and the shiny shoes; the people at the top of the hierarchy, those people who have extraordinary or superhuman skills. The reality is that leaders of positive change are not always CEOs. Often the most important leadership in a business is shown by individuals throughout the hierarchy who display behaviours that connect with members of the workforce.
