Taranaki Branch are pleased to provide a free event, presented by Nikau
Nikau are unable to host members onsite because of the ongoing asbestos soil remediation, however they are very happy to give a presentation that will cover some of the various health, safety and environmental aspects of the demolition and remediation work that has been undertaken so far. They will also discuss the various iwi considerations as the site is Maori Pa. It was also an abattoir before it was a fertiliser works
This will be an interesting local case study to learn from as there are so many facets of HSE that need to be managed as part of the remediation.
Please register, there are only 20 spaces available.
