Presenter Bios:
Nicola Knobel is known as a Passionate, Creative and Dynamic Leader who has a wealth of global experience in OHS. Nicola is a forward-thinking leader who always thinks outside the box and has an obsession about what customers (organisations and workers) want. She is always looking for new ideas to improve the safety culture in New Zealand.
Deborah Pitout is a seasoned health and safety professional with over 15 years' experience in leading high performing innovations in the OHS space. In Deborah's tool kit of innovation leadership, she has a stakeholder obsessed mindset, and a focus on empathy, understanding and compassion. Her strong skills in people engagement, and her many years in a variety of high-risk industries, provide a springboard for projects that provide lasting and sustainable solutions
