Here is a bit more about Lean Management:
Entec implemented a Lean Management Programme throughout 2018 and is happy to share the lessons learned with the IMSM membership. All of Entec’s staff were directly or indirectly involved in the programme, with around 25 of Entec’s staff receiving in-depth training in lean principles and practices.
The Lean Management Programme is a very broad umbrella that covers process control, documentation, workplace layout, and good housekeeping practice. It’s designed to be a “ground-up” system that becomes part of the company culture around continuous improvement. Entec’s lean programme has become an integral part of both our quality assurance and health & safety systems.
Entec can host 20 attendees so RSVPs are a must, first in first seated!
