Join ESL Bay of Plenty as they welcome speaker Angus Bell.

Angus is currently Head of Health & Safety for Zespri International, a company with an annual revenue of $4.5B from a workforce of only 900 people but helped by a broader industry of around 20,000 workers. Angus has a strong background in technical safety including chemical safety, electrical safety and major hazard facilities but has enjoyed in more recent years exploring the challenges of human behaviours, psychological safety and the softer side of our profession.

Practicing what he preaches, Angus lives a healthy lifestyle and his claim to fame is having represented New Zealand in Mountain Running at the World Championships in 2006 and 2007.

Angus will share his thoughts on the impact Emerging Safety Leaders can have in NZ and how our profession is ripe for disruption!
