COVID-19 has forced employers to make changes within their organisations. These changes have included restructures, cutting hours, introduction of new technologies and modifying work practices. Many people in New Zealand will be affected by these changes and WHS professionals need to understand the mental health impacts of these changes.

Bio:

Vikki Roadley works for the New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology and is currently helping to design the organisational future of the polytechnic sector. She recently completed her Master’s thesis on the impact of organisational change in the New Zealand tertiary sector. In this webinar Vikki will share the findings from the study and offer her thoughts on how we can support workers affected by change.
