This webinar is a Q&A session on the NZISM HSR Knowledge Wheel and Guidebook. Many of you were involved in the NZISM Workshops to support the development of a Capability Framework for HSRs. This project is now complete and the resources to support HSRs in their development are being released. We want our members to have the opportunity to walk through the resources and discuss how you can use this to support conversations with your HSRs about their development and utilise this valuable resource to train and coach your HSRs, building H&S collaborators across your workplaces.

Selena Armstrong our CEO will be leading this discussion. Selena has lead this initiative which has been delivered pro bono by NZISM, to support our HSR community to develop the knowledge skills and attributes they need to be set up for success in their roles.
