Braden will discuss examples where strong working relationships with unions, HSR's, workers and others has helped to overcome issues in a more effective and productive way. And collectively we'll explore some ideas about how partnerships can be strengthened.

Bio
With over 12 year's experience as a public servant across multiple agencies, for the last 8 years Braden has worked as a health and safety specialist utilising his technical expertise in general and critical risk management, data insights and assurance.
He currently works with the GHSL which prides itself on engaging with, and providing advice to, all levels of organisations within the public sector.
