Human Centred Safety Innovation – Daniel Hummerdal (WorkSafe NZ)

To improve performance, we are not limited to trying harder with the methods that were developed for yesterday's needs. We can also think anew, and act anew. This combined presentation and workshop will introduce the process, methods and mindsets for health and safety innovation. This session will invite and challenge health and safety professionals to consider a new role for how they can contribute to their organisations.
